Please Keep In Mind - We Are Not Telling You How To Raise Boys, But How To In Relationship To Their Education
Over the last several decades we have watched boys go from happy, confident, adventurous, and most of all protective to a rising crisis where they are unhappy, no connfidence, no adventurous, not protective but most of all feel that they are nothing but problems and have no place here and no future.
We should keep this in mind, boys are our future and without them turning into strong men there is no future.
Boys Are Different - And That's OK!
Boys Are Not Problems To Be Solved
Boys are not problems to be solved.
They are children who are learning how to understand themselves, discover their abilities, manage their emotions, build relationships, and find their place in the world.
At IMPACTT Academy, we believe boys need more than correction. They need understanding, encouragement, expectations, opportunities, positive role models, and meaningful reasons to learn.
Some boys may struggle to stay interested in traditional classroom learning. Some may need more movement, hands-on activities, creativity, technology, exploration, or opportunities to connect learning to the real world.
That doesn't mean every boy learns the same way. It means we should be willing to discover how each individual child learns best.

Instead of immediately labeling a boy as lazy, difficult, disruptive, or uninterested, we can ask:
What interests him?
What motivates him?
What is he good at?
What is he struggling with?
What does he want to know?
What experiences could help him become excited about learning?
The goal isn't to lower expectations
The goal is to help boys reach them

A boy who loves animals can learn reading, science and writing through animals.
A boy who loves cars can learn mathematics, engineering and research through automobiles.
A boy who loves technology can explore computers, coding and artificial intelligence.
A boy who loves sports can explore statistics, history, teamwork and leadership.
A boy who loves being outdoors can learn through nature, geography, science and exploration.
